  • Who is Minimum Loveable Brands right for?

    Minimum Loveable Brands is geared for impact-driven creatives, consultants, business owners, leaders, intrapraneurs, as well as established and aspiring entrepreneurs, as well as parents and non-parents alike.

    The experience is designed to help you start and grow a brand you'll love and believe in and how to leverage that more effectively. More effectively means with more intention, momentum, humility, empathy, clarity, authenticity, and creativity.

  • Who is Minimum Loveable Brands not right for?

    It’s not right if you’re looking for a feel good, skim the surface type coach.

    The program facilitators, consultants, and advisors are here to guide you towards being the best version of your creative self.

    This program is not right if you hope to learn by osmosis. Minimum Loveable Brands is for those who are intentional about their lives and who understand that real change and progress only happens with consistent, intentionally-focused effort over time.

    This program is not right if you’re looking to market to your fellow program participants. Minimum Loveable Brands is a pitch-free environment.

    Minimum Loveable Brands is not right for someone looking for a cookie cutter “plug and play” system to become famous or make money. This is not a “get rich quick” program. It’s a “pursue excellence over perfection” type of program.

  • How much time do I need to commit?

    If you plan to work through the program, we recommend between 2-4 hours per week to watch the training, complete your development assignments and — if you’d want to — engage with our program guides and the community.

    If you’re not able to carve out that much time at first, don’t worry. You get lifetime access to the training and can easily work at your own pace, on your own time. This program was geared towards individuals who have full-time jobs or businesses and families. This experience is also designed to stretch you, but it can also be customized to your life. Besides, a few episodes less from Netflix may not be a bad thing.

    The more focus and intentional action you put into the principles learned from Minimum Loveable Brands Framework, the more you’ll get out of it. Other factors that affect how much time you’ll need to complete the Minimum Loveable Brands program include:

    • Your overall clarity and swiftness in decision making
    • Whether or not you participate in the comments and conversations in the Minimum Loveable Brands community (recommended, but optional)
    • Whether or not you choose to complete the given assignments
    • Your comfort level with technology on a basic level
    • Life itself because let's be real, things happen that we often don't expect

    Just to be clear, there are no fast or guaranteed results. Building a brand that is loveable and that matters is not an 1 week challenge or 8 week, linear event. This program mirrors the reality of life — as it'll demand for you to think and execute differently while incorporating the lessons learned within for the life of your LoveAble brand.

  • What’s not covered in the program?

    We also don’t cover anything dealing with choosing legal business structures, insurance, or anything granular relating to legal, taxes or liability. For all legal, insurance and tax ad­vice, you need to consult your attorney and your accountant.

    Additionally, we can't cover baby sitting or childcare but we'll make sure you'll have the time for the tiny and growing humans in your life!

  • Can my partner and I take the program together?

    Minimum Loveable Brands is a single-seat license program. Meaning, one person per license.

    The Loveable Brands Platform is designed to tailor itself to the individual and the way they learn. Features like test scores and modules completed are deeply integrated into what happens next for each individual as the level up and active their own Loveable Core.

    We wouldn't want to mess with that!

  • Do you offer a guarantee?

    Yes. Minimum Loveable Brands program for individuals comes with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Here’s how it works.

    Participate in up to the first two Minimum Loveable Brands Modules from the start of the live program. If you no longer feel that Minimum Loveable Brands is right for you, send me an email.

    We’ll ask for your completed coursework to make sure you gave it a go, and ask what didn’t work for you so we can learn and improve. Once we receive your completed coursework, you’ll get a swift and complete refund.

    We've pourn an enormous amount human effort into this program and we want to devote that effort to students who are committed. If you don’t plan on starting right away, make sure this is the right investment for you as the refund period does have a firm deadline of (14) fourteen days from date of purchase.

    If you do the Minimum Loveable Brands Program work and don’t get the value, submit your completed homework within the first two Module weeks, and get a full and complete refund. Simple as that.

  • What types of payment do you accept?

  • What size team/organization is this best for?

    The Loveable Brands program is designed to work with organizations of all sizes. Whether you’re brand is the new kid on the block or established and seeking to stay relevant as it scales, we’ll work with you to tailor an experience that’s unique to your organizations needs.

  • How can we track progress?

    Progress can be viewed for your organization via a centralized training progress dashboard. This dashboard displays up-to-date student progress and can be filtered by user, team, course, and module.

    There's even a way to send them a message via the platform in the event you need to nudge someone along.

  • Can this be used in employee onboarding?

    Yes. In fact, we encourage that you do. Reduce the friction and time it takes to get new employees up to speed on your brand and its mission.

    You can even tailor a specific onboarding learning path that's specific to your organization.

  • How many seats can my organization have?

    Your organization can have as many platform seats as needed. Seat discounts are applied for each block of 5 seats purchased.

  • What is a seat?

    A seat in The Loveable Brands platform is like a seat in a classroom. It's the way of accessing training and resources.

    A seat can be assigned to one user for one learning program.

  • How can I manage the members in my team/organization?

    Much like tracking progress, you'll be able to manage team members, invite new team members, and update details about your team.

  • What type of support do we receive during implementation?

    During implementation, you’ll have priority access to our team to help answer any questions or facilitate with the kickoff of the learning initiative within your organization.

  • How long can the content be accessed?

    Content is accessible for the length of the license selected during the initial plan that’s tailored for your organization.

  • Are any supporting materials or handouts included?

    Yes. The Loveable Brand Framework and program resources are designed to enhance the application of the knowledge conveyed within learning experience.

  • Can I host the training material on another learning management system?

    The content, resources, and learning modules are available exclusively through The Loveable Brands platform in order to guarantee its performance and quality.

    We do however have the ability to provide a unique brand login experiences if a deeper integration is required.

  • Are bulk discounts available?

    Certainly. Bulk discounts are available for organizations in need of 10 or more seats for a program or bundle. Discounts start at 15%.
